Who am I?

Lawyer and arbitrator specializing in infrastructure and engineering law, with over 35 years of international experience. For 27 years I led the global legal department of one of the leading international infrastructure groups, directly involved in projects developed in multiple jurisdictions.

What makes me different

I'm not just a lawyer who knows about contracts. I have been on construction sites. I have closely followed the execution of complex infrastructure projects and witnessed the development of many construction projects firsthand. This practical experience—working alongside engineers and construction teams—allows me to understand precisely how construction contracts are negotiated, executed, and discussed in practice.

My experience

I have been involved in more than thirty arbitration proceedings in different jurisdictions and in hundreds of court proceedings, not only in construction matters, but also in post-M&A and partner disputes.
